Cancellations

 

Our therapists work very hard to prepare for each session that is booked. In addition, many of our therapists have waiting lists for clients wishing to book an appointment with them. Out of respect for our therapists and patrons, we ask that you give as much notice as possible when having to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We request a 24-hour cancellation time for all appointments. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may be subject to a fee up to the full price of the massage session.

 

No Shows

 

We understand that emergencies happen, and occasionally, people are not able to give notice of cancellation. First time no shows will be given a courtesy call to see if the client would like to reschedule. Second time no shows will be billed for the session that they missed. Repeated no show clients will be asked to pre-pay for their sessions. Courtesy reminder calls are available upon request.

 

Appointment Times

 

When scheduling our clients, we make every effort to leave plenty of time in between clients to accommodate consultation and client preparation and completion. If a client is late for an appointment, the therapist may or may not be able to accommodate the full session time. In either case, full payment of the session is expected. If a therapist is running behind schedule, the client’s full appointment time will be honored.

 

Noise

 

Our patrons come to us to relax in a stress free environment. To that end, please respect our therapists and clients by keeping conversations low in the lobby and therapy rooms, turning off cell phones and keeping children under adult supervision at all times.

 

Pets

 

Body Haven Wellness Center is an adjunct health care facility.  In accordance with Nebraska state law and the policies of Terrace Plaza,

no pets of any kind are allowed in the building or in the Body Haven office.
